Online Consultation

You will start with booking a free consultation that will be done online through Zoom or Microsoft Teams. You can either email us at digitalecmoacademy@gmail.com to schedule OR book directly through Book Online Section

• this will be where we create the game-plan to create your custom digital education for your program as well as sign necessary paperwork and schedule a date for us to come to your facility to film.

Filming Sessions

Here we will travel to your facility and film all necessary components that we will use to create the most effective, accurate digital education.

We will do all the work, we will just need your assistance in accessing necessary equipment and personnel depending on filming needs.

Editing Sessions

Here is where we will take all footage filmed and it will be utilized with our database to create the most accurate tailored videos for your ECMO program.

This will be done in three phases.

First round:

Make Raw Videos with an outline throughout the video of what we were planning for audio and have background music playing on each.

Second Round:

We will have all the raw videos completed and do have the script and audio completed, which will be ready for last revisions

Third Round:

We will have all the videos completed as the Final Product

*If client wants another round of editing then it will be an additional 1,000 fee for each extra round of editing and a slightly reduced hourly rate to 150 per hour leading up to each delivery of extra round of revisions. *

Consultation: is FREE

Filming: will be a separate bill amounting to how many days it took to film that will be sent to client email via invoice that can be payed via credit card or check or wire transfer

• Each day of filming will be 2,000 dollars and will be billed at the end of all filming to Clients Email via invoice.

Editing: Client will be billed bi-weekly with an invoice to clients email that can be payed via credit card or check or wire transfer for editing process

Each hour of editing will be 200 dollars and will be billed bi-weekly to client along with the delivery of that phase of the editing process.

*If client wishes for extra rounds of editing, they will pay a 1,000 fee for each extra round of editing with a reduced hourly rate to 150 dollars.*

Custom Watermark: If Client wishes to include a custom watermark to their videos it will be an additional one time fee of 200 dollars for all videos to have custom watermark.

Custom Simulation Mannequin Creation: If client wishes to create a custom ECMO Simulation Mannequin to their program it will be 1,500 dollars if the client gets all supplies and 2,000 dollars if we bring all necessary supplies.

Our schedules are pretty flexible, so we have a wide range of flexibility that we can discuss in the consultation.

There are multiple options for video hosting that we can go over at that point.

Once we deliver all of the video files to you, we will also give you an instructional guide on how to set up a digital library for your program and customize to fit the specific needs of your staff.
